Nordstom's Fall Runway Show Benefitting The Detlef Schrempf Foundation
Fall is a great time for Fashion, new trends and designer styles. I love Fall and Winter clothing because of its cozy, warm nature as well as boots, boots, boots! I also love following Fahion Week which spans the globe creating excitement in New York, Paris, Milan, and even Bellevue. Our own Fashion Week at the Bellevue Collection featured a week's worth of trendsetting Fashion Shows inspiring all of those who attended. I was able to attend the Thursday evening Nordstrom Fall Runway Show at the Bellevue Hyatt. The evening's proceeds benefitted the Detlef Schrempf Foundation, specifically the Bellevue Youth Theatre. The doors opened at 6:30 with a lively VIP Party hosted by Detlef & Mary Schrempf. Specialty cocktails, wine, and delicious appetizers were abundant as as the guests chatted with one another admiring the beautiful fashions among us. Nordstrom had a fantastic display of Designer accessories, shoes, boots, and handbags to peruse while sipping on wine. At 8:00pm sharp, we were all in our seats surrounding a rectangular catwalk. A luxurious show of beautiful colors, textures, and styles graced the Runway for 30 minutes. Fashions from Diane Von Furstenberg, Rag & Bone, Elizabeth & James, Vince, Halston Heritage, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Robert Rodriguez, Haute Hippie, and Hugo Boss graced the Runway. All of the clothes were perfect for our Northwest weather and varied style. It was fun to share this evening with friends and made for a memorable Girl's Night Out! Double Trouble...girls & fashon. Cheers!
