A Night at the Derby Ball- Seattle Heart Ball 2012
Seattle’s Fairmont Olympic Hotel will be hosting “A Night at the Derby Ball” to benefit the American Heart Association this Saturday, March 24th. Thanks to generous contributions from key sponsors such as the Pro Sports Club, UW Medicine and the Seattle Children’s Hospital Research Foundation and many more, the 2012 Heart Ball will be another successful night to remember.
Dr. Gordon Cohen and Trisha Cohen, the co-chairs of the 2012 Heart Ball, and Dr. Mark Dedomenico, Golden Heart Honoree, are pleased to put on this exquisite fundraising event. At the Heart Ball, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the exquisite wines, bid on unique auction items and socialize with other Seattleites. All proceeds will go to the American Heart Association in support of their mission to “building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke."
Through the spirit of giving, this foundation has been able to fund research for numerous scientific and medical advances. The AHA has also developed various programs targeted at the prevention of heart disease. With the support of donations from the Heart Ball, the American Heart Association will to continue to make a difference in the lives of those who live with heart conditions as well as stop heart disease from entering the lives of those who don’t.
Registration for the Heart Ball ends on Thursday, March 22nd. For more information, to register or to sign up for volunteering, please visit the event webpage: Seattle Heart Ball
