Savor: “Sustaining Lives, Nourishing Hope”
Copperleaf Restaurant will be presenting “Savor: Sustaining Lives, Nourishing Hope,” a benefit for the Food Lifeline at the award-winning Cedarbrook Lodge on Friday, April 27th. It will be an unforgettable evening that starts at 6:00 pm with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a silent auction. Following the auction will be a five course dinner prepared by various celebrity chefs including, Monique Barbeau, Armandino Batali, Roy Breiman, Mark Bodinet, Thierry Rautureau, Johnathan Sundstrom and Jason Wilson. Each chef will contribute an item to the extravagant feast that will be paired with delicious wine from local Seattle wineries. The live auction will be comprised of outstanding prizes including one-of-a kind travel and special culinary experiences from the celebrity chefs.
Food Lifeline, an affiliate of Feeding America is a nonprofit organization devoted to stopping hunger in Western Washington. In the last calendar year, Food Lifeline brought over 27 million meals to victims of hunger around Washington. Through the Savor event, this outstanding organization hopes to grow closer to ending food deprivation in Washington.
