Realogics Sotheby's International Realty to host "Treasure Hunt" Tour of Architecturally Signicant Homes

The event will consist more then a dozen homes which will be open to the public between noon and 4 p.m. on Sunday November 18th. While others can be viewed with a private tour by appointment.

With the recent rebound in the local housing market and a consumer confidence at a all time high, realtors feel this is the time to display some incredible homes and introduce them into the market. Stacey Jones, the owner and Vice President of RSIR described the tour as "Providing consumers a unique opportunity to experience many of the region's most compelling properties and at an equally compelling time in the market cycle." The collection of homes are priced from $850,000 to nearly $10 million.

Architects who have designed the homes include Milton Stricker (an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright), Elizabeth Ayer, Jim Olson, Don Winkelmann, Geoffrey Prentiss, Gretchen Andrews Harriott, Blaine Weber, Richard Gluckman, Susan Jones, Ed Weinstein and others.
