Raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, in the sometimes -50 below zero winters, Colin Foote learned to understand the importance of a quality home from a young age. This led him to construction management, and after earning an Associate's Degree in Marketing, he packed up his snowboard and moved to Seattle in pursuit of a career in real estate.

In 2011, Colin began working as a Residential Appraiser, further studying each market area and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry in the Greater Seattle area. As a proud member of top producing broker on Connie Blumenthal's team, Colin brings his passion for real estate and his love of helping clients achieve their buying and/or selling goals, backed by three decades of combined real estate experience. He says the team's skills are highlighted through their affiliation with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, where local meets global and innovative marketing reigns supreme.

Colin is known in the industry for his accurate property and overall market analysis, inventive marketing techniques, and dedication to his clientele. Colin treasures the opportunities he's had to travel the world, where he's gained first-hand experience in a diverse group of cultures and environments. In 2005, following the devastating Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami, he traveled to Sri Lanka with a team of volunteers affiliated with Architects Without Borders to assist in rebuilding homes, a school, and well, in addition to improving general village infrastructure. He says this trip was one of the most rewarding and invaluable opportunities in his life, and remains grateful for the enriching new outlook on culture and powerful life lessons it gave him.

Born in Seattle and raised in Spokane, WA, Lauren attended Whitworth University and Paul Mitchell the School, spending time in Los Angeles, CA and Portland, OR before returning to Seattle. She currently lives on Mercer Island and has a passion for travel, food, wine and living authentically.
